Sponsors

In Organizer → Sponsors you manage your organization's sponsors. Once created, you can display them in your events.

Add a sponsor

1. Click New sponsor
2. Fill in the details:
3. • Name (required)
   • Description
   • Sponsor website: link when clicking on the logo
   • Logo: JPG or PNG, maximum 2 MB
3. Click Save

Manage sponsors

The list includes a search engine, and for each sponsor you can edit it or delete it (with confirmation; this cannot be undone).

Display sponsors in an event

Sponsors are selected per event in Configuration → Event information, in the sponsors section. This way you can display different sponsors for each event.

Use logos with a transparent background (PNG) and similar proportions to each other for a cleaner visual result on the event website.
