Families do not need an invitation: they create their account with the same email the club has on their record (or on their children’s as guardian) and automatically see the whole family.
How to do it
The family goes to clubs.addon-sport.com, presses “Create account” and uses the email the club has on file.
On signing in they see the club (or several) and the people in their care: themselves, their children and the rest of the household.
If nothing shows, Settings → “Link my records” links again by email; if still nothing, the club must put that email on the member’s or guardian’s record.
Keep in mind
A guardian with children in two clubs sees both with the top selector.
The club can send the access link from a campaign or announcement.
