A fee's access restrictions

Password, age, gender, ID/license, registrants of other fees and hidden fees.

The fee editor's Restrictions tab controls who can register in it. Restrictions can be combined.

Password restriction

The fee asks for a password when registering. Useful for specific groups (organizing club, partner collectives).

Age restriction

Set the minimum and maximum age allowed. Anyone outside the range can't select the fee.

Gender restriction

Limits registration to a specific gender (for example, for separate categories).

Restrict by ID/License

Only the documents on an authorized list can register; the list is loaded under Event information (by hand or imported from Excel) and can be tied to specific fees.

Restrict to registrants of other fees/events

Only those already registered in the fees or events you choose can register. Good for complementary fees (a dinner, a bus) or chained race series.

Hidden fees and registration links

A fee can stay off the public website and be offered only to those entering with a registration link ("sees hidden fees"). The link can also skip deadlines and places or make registration free.

If the fee requires federation verification, that's configured separately: Federation check.
